My name is Heather Bernstein, I have been a public practice accountant for fourteen years. Over this time I developed a passion for tax law and in 2020 completed a Master of Taxation degree from UNSW.

I have a special interest in Capital Gains Tax and income averaging for special professionals, a niche section of the legislation that benefits creative professionals.
